Assessments & Parent Meeting 

Assessments are required for team placement and will take place at Brookfield Central.  

Forms, Fees & Facts (Parent Meeting):  

• April 22nd, 2026

• 6-7:30 pm (Presentation at 6:30 pm)

• Brookfield Central Cafeteria

• Question & Answer Time before & after presentation at 6:30 pm

• Forms & Season payment ($325) will be collected at this time.  Players must have paid season fees in order to attend assessments and be placed on a team.  

• This meeting is not required, but an opportunity to drop off completed forms and ask any questions.

Assessment Times:

• Enter through the Main Gym doors.

• Arrive 15 minutes early to check in

• No spectators are allowed during assessments. Please check in your player and plan to return for pickup.

• Wear athletic clothing, athletic shoes, knee pads, and bring a water bottle.

Boys:

May 4th: (Monday)

All grades (4th-7th current): 6 to 7:30

Girls:

May 13th: (Wednesday)

6th (next year 7th): 5:30 to 7

7th (next year 8th): 7:15 to 8:45

May 14th (1 hour): (Thursday)

6th (next year 7th): 5:30 to 6:30

7th (next year 8th): 7 to 8

May 20th: (Wednesday)

4th (next year 5th): 5:30 to 6:45

5th (next year 6th): 7 to 8:30

How are the players evaluated?

Players are placed on teams based upon their demonstrated skills during assessments.  Independent experienced evaluators will determine team placements. 

How do I know what team my player is on?

Team Placements will be posted on our Junior Lancer Volleyball website.   Following team placements, an email will be sent to Parent / Guardian contact with information on their team (Teamsnap).
